Job Location: North West Ohio

Job Summary: The selected candidates will perform field / shop service on commercial cooking, preparation, warming, holding, cleanup, ventilation and other miscellaneous types of equipment typically found in commercial kitchens.

Qualifications: Technicians must be proficient in reading electrical schematics, have good trouble-shooting abilities and a valid Ohio Drivers License with a good driving record. Previous job experience or training in one or more of these related jobs; electrical, plumbing, general maintenance and HVAC-R. Previous commercial cooking equipment service is a plus.

Physical requirements: This position requires the lifting of tools and equipment that weigh over 50 pounds unassisted. Moving equipment to gain access for service. Repairing equipment required, bending, kneeling, equipment and climbing extension and stepladders while carrying tools and parts.

Education: High School or GED and equivalent technical training or equivalent experience.

Experience: Mechanical / Electrical experience / HVAC

Duties / Responsibilities: Adjusting, aligning, assembling, calibrating, inspecting, lubrication, testing and repairing of commercial cooking equipment, light rooftop work and minor refrigeration service.

Compensation/Benefits: Base salary and overtime depending on experience.
